Your ReThink HR consultant will provide:

  • An introductory call to build rapport and assess development needs
  • 6 x 1hr sessions tailored to your manager(s) capability and level of experience
  • Coaching and guidance on specific people issues
  • Guidance around multiple areas of HR best practice such as recruitment, managing performance, engagement and motivation

Case Management (Employee Relations)

We help you to manage procedures within current legal and best practice guidelines whilst considering the commercial and operational impact of outcomes and decisions.

Whether you need additional HR resource to hear an Appeal, or have no in-house HR and don’t know where to start with a grievance or dismissal our consultants will be able to advise or manage the process, leaving you feeling confident that any potential risks will be mitigated. 

    Disciplinary

    Working with your procedures, or the ACAS code if you don’t have one, we can advise and coach you through investigations, suspension, disciplinary hearings and appeals. If you need a more hands-on approach, we can lead each phase of the process with one of your managers in person to give you the confidence that it is handled safely and that your manager are learning and fully supported. We can also support without prejudice conversations and settlement discussions where appropriate.

    Grievance

    As experienced HR professionals, we aim to manage grievances efficiently and effectively for all parties. Employee’s should feel listened to, managers supported and outcomes enable people to move on positively from the process. We can advise or lead investigations and hearings as a neutral and independent 3rd party, however you always remain in control of the outcomes and decisions with our guidance.

    If you receive an appeal against a warning, dismissal or grievance outcome and need an independent HR professional to hear the appeal one of our consultants will ensure they are fully briefed on the background, hear the case, preferably with one of your managers and present the facts, findings and recommendations back to the business for a decision.
