Through our outsourced HR services, you can access onsite part-time HR support. Typically, we support Companies who don’t feel they yet need a full-time HR resource, but could benefit from strategic and operational HR Advice, tools and processes. We also join up with existing HR teams to provide additional resources as and when they need it.
You can buy as little as 1 day per month, or up to 3 days a week to suit your needs and budget.
We allocate a dedicated Consultant to you and your business for the duration of your time with us.
Our style is collaborative and coaching, and we like to be very hands-on.
