Outsourced HR Services

Regular onsite HR support

We can provide you with a dedicated part-time Consultant to support your business with both strategic and operational HR delivery. Our services range from 2 days a month upwards and can include specific project objectives as well as day-to-day people management support.

We can also step in to help busy HR teams who need flexible support, additional resource or specific expertise.

Knowing how to create your People Strategy or plan HR priorities can be difficult for a number of reasons. Our consultants have knowledge and expertise across the full generalist remit of HR and significant experience in multiple sectors and sizes of business to help them to assess what is right for you. We love to come up with ideas that will add value, engage your people and give you a competitive edge, but will always ensure that you remain in control of decisions and have as much or as little input in the delivery as you like. Over time, we can measure results and help reshape HR processes and tools and develop your managers as your business grows or changes.

Remote HR Advice and Guidance

If onsite support isn’t for you, we can still add expertise and support to your business through remote HR Advice and guidance. We use a combination of calls, email and video conferencing to suit your needs and to fully understand your situation. We aim to provide you with the same consultant to support you whenever you need them and to build a good relationship with.

Advice, planning, drafting and coaching can all be delivered effectively whilst working remotely with you. It also means that you can spread your budget or increase the volume of work to suit your needs and timescales. We’ll always do our best to manage your expectations and to ensure you feel supported whenever you need us.
