What type of information we have
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact

- Email exchanges for up to 12 months
- Bank and payment details for suppliers
How we get the information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one
of the following reasons:
- To provide you with our HR services
- You wish to be kept up to date in regard to our services and information
- You wish to sell to us
- We could be useful referral contacts for each other.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the
- Delegate details from events that we speak at or engage with.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on
for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this
by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
(b) We have a contractual obligation if you are our client.
(c) We have a legitimate interest if you’ve asked us to keep you up to date with our
services, events and HR information or wish to be a referral partner.
What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us in order to provide HR services, keep
you informed of our services, buy from you or keep in contact with you as a mutual

outside of the UK) unless required to by law or statutory obligation.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored on our Rethink HR server.
We keep contact details of non-clients for up to 5 years unless consent has been
withdrawn or provided beyond this. We will dispose your information via an annual
audit of how long we have held your data without personal contact from you and by
permanently deleting any electronic records held.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal

think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you
